Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.
Prohibited Uses
- Using the Service to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.
- Engaging in activities that harm or disrupt the Service or its users.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
Data Collection & Usage Section
- We collect and analyze data such as IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, referral sources, and visit counts to monitor and improve our service.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by URL Shortener and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Monetization Policy
The ads page is shown to users after every 10 visits on a shortened URL. If a URL receives 100+ visits per day, the ads page appears after every 5 visits. Additionally, if an ads page has not been displayed for three days, it will be shown first.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
Misuse, Prohibited Content & URL Removal Policy
We reserve the right to remove or disable access or exclude from tracking to any shortened URL at our discretion if it violates our terms, including but not limited to:
- Malicious or Unsafe Content – URLs linked to malware, phishing, scams, nudity or any activity that harms users.
- Illegal Activities – Links promoting illegal products, services, or activities.
- Abuse & Misuse – Spam, automated bots, proxies, traffic from traffic sellers or traffic exchange websites, multiple visits from same ip, misleading redirections, or excessive API usage.
- Violations of Third-Party Rights – URLs that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
If a URL is found to be in violation, it may be removed without prior notice. Users repeatedly violating our policies may have their accounts suspended or banned.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL Shortener is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URL Shortener, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of URL Shortener. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites. Use them at your own risk.
